About James

20+ Years Across Automotive & Specialty Vehicles.

James L. Seargent II brings more than 20 years of automotive and specialty vehicle experience spanning technical operations, sales, dealer development, product strategy, and market launch.

His career has included roles with Robert Bosch, Garia, and Eli Electric Vehicles, working across manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and suppliers in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Most recently based in Beijing, James worked directly with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams supporting vehicle development and international market readiness. That experience provides a practical perspective across both sides of the business: what happens at the factory, and what must happen in the market for a vehicle program to succeed.

Through BReeZ Motorsports Consulting, his focus is helping international specialty vehicle manufacturers turn a promising product into an executable North American business.
